Professional Legal Assistant
The Professional Legal Assistant (PLA) program provides students with the fundamental theoretical and practical aspects of the legal profession, ranging from the structure of federal and provincial laws to hands-on processes for preparing legal documents and more.
Sundance College’s program includes a 5 week practical work experience in a lawyer’s office, legal department or other appropriate legal setting. Graduating students receive a full range of professional Career Services covering resume & marketing materials preparation, interview skills, job search techniques & support, and employer interview referrals and matching.
